Kevin is the visionary founder and President of SRP Group – the parent company of IR Energy. Superior Radiant Products Group is recognized as an industry leader in infrared technology and design. In 1999, Kevin introduced IR Energy to the marketplace in an effort to support specialty markets with a superior offering. As a leader, Kevin’s discipline and business acumen has created a legacy of integrity, innovation and sustained growth. IR Energy was founded on the guiding principle of solution-based service and Kevin’s attention to detail has ensured that IR Energy is positioned to dominate the outdoor heating market. Kevin currently stands as the Chairman of the Infrared Heaters Certification Task Force, Air Conditioning Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) in the U.S.A. and is an active TEC Canada member.

His extensive expertise in leading sales and business development operations, including strategic planning, market research and analysis, and client acquisition initiatives to build and maintain long-term partnerships.

Plant Manager
Selva Kumar oversees all day-to-day operations of the production facility, ensuring efficient workflows, quality control, and continuous process improvements. Selva's strong technical expertise, coupled with his exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, enable him to drive the plant's productivity, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery of high-quality infrared heating heaters to our customers.
